58th Palanca Awards

When I hear the name Carlos Palanca, one thing suddenly flashed in my mind is Philippine Literature - and of course that famous street in Quiapo.
The Palanca Foundation through these years supports the development of Philippine literature and now on it's 58th year, Palanca Awards is now accepting entries.
